Guest Supplies List
- One week of clothing.
- One week of gym clothes and a pair of athletic shoes.
- An additional pillow. (optional)
- An alarm clock. (if needed)
- Pictures, books, magazines, etc.; other items to make your space more personal.
- Laundry detergent and laundry bag; $10/week for laundromat.
- Toiletries and personal care items.
- A robe and slippers.
- Swimsuit and beach towel (Seasonal: Swimming begins in May and ends in September.)
- Outerwear appropriate for season. (i.e. hats, coats, gloves, light jackets, hiking boots, snow boots, etc.) Nights begin to get cool in September; days get cold in late October. Outdoor temperatures begin to warm up in late April.
- Small amount of spending money; convenient store within walking distance, weekly trips to Walmart and Target.
- Please feel free to bring your MP3 player, laptop, personal DVD player, movies, cell phone and/or personal gaming device.
- If you do not have a cell phone there is a payphone on the premises, for which you may want to bring pre-paid phone cards.

We are regulated by the NYS Department of Health, our instructors are certified by the NYS Department of Education, and our not-for-profit status is regulated by the NYS Charities Bureau and NYS Attorney General’s Office.
